Quality Inn Pulaski, Pulaski

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit cramped, but the beds were so comfy, and the breakfast was delicious. However, the room cleanliness left something to be desired, with hair and a clogged sink. The hotel didn't quite match the pictures in the ad, and there were some maintenance issues like peeling paint and insects. The lingering smell of cigarettes was also off-putting.

Although the hotel is conveniently located and appears safe, it was quite a distance from our daily destination. The room had dirty sheets and pillowcases, giving an unpleasant first impression. The staff were incredibly accommodating to our needs during our evacuation due to Hurricane Irma, which was a lifesaver in a stressful situation. The dining options were very limited, with breakfast served in a makeshift lobby, and the overall facilities were lacking.

The hotel's rooms were not as expected, with issues like hair all around, clogged sinks, and outdated curtains that didn't match the advertised pictures. Despite a noisy air conditioning unit on two distinct cycles, one being somewhat normal for a brief period, the experience was disrupted by ongoing renovations and the need to move rooms due to a broken water pipe before addressing dirty sheets. Service was exceptionally accommodating to our specific needs during an emergency evacuation due to Hurricane Irma, especially towards our special-needs teenage daughter. The location, though distant from our daily activities, was the only available option for our circumstances in Pulaski. The dining options were limited and disappointing, with some items not meeting expectations like an early depletion of choices by 9 pm and an overall unpleasant experience.
